Khagrachhari/Rangamati/Bandarban Hill Districts Local Government Parishad (Amendment) Acts, 1989

Acts to amend the Khagrachhari/Rangamati/Bandarban Hill Districts Local Government Parishad Acts, 1989

Whereas it is expedient to amend the Khagrachhari/Rangamati/Bandarban Hill Districts Local Government Parishad Acts, 1989 (Acts No.20,19 and 21 of 1989) for the purpose mentioned below;

Therefore it is enacted as follows:-

1. Short title.- These Acts may be called the Khagrachhari/Rangamati/Bandarban Hill Districts Local Government Parishad (Amendment) Acts, 1989.

2. Amendment of section 7 of Acts No.20,19 and 21 of 1989.- The words "Chittagong Divisional Commissioner" in section 7 of the Khagrachhari/Rangamati/Bandarban Hill Districts Local Government Parishad Acts, 1989, shall be replaced by the words "any person determined by the Government".
