Resolution under section 183(2) permitting plea of guilty by post

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council has resolved thatsection 183(2) be applied to any offence under the Road Traffic Act (Chapter 68)and any regulations made thereunder other than an offence contrary to section 28of that Act and other than an offence punishable by a term of imprisonmentexceeding 6 months.
