Notification under section 73 in respect of the employment of children.

LABOUR (RESTRICTION ON EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN) NOTIFICATION

Commencement: 31st March 1955

Citation.

1. This notification may be cited as the Labour (Restriction on Employment of

Children) Notification.

Employment of child prohibited.

2. The employment of any child under the age of 14 years in any shop,office, hotel, restaurant, bar or stall is prohibited.
