Notification under section 3(1) of special areas in which certain sectionshave effect

The provisions of the sections in Part III of this Act (other than sections14, 17 and 20) and the provisions of section 28 shall have effect in all theDistricts of Brunei Darussalam with effect from 1st November 1983.
