PUBLIC ORDER (MARRIAGE AND FUNERAL PROCESSIONS)

(EXEMPTION) ORDER

Commencement: 1st November 1983

Citation.

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Order (Marriage and Funeral Processions) (Exemption) Order.

Exemption.

2. The processions mentioned hereunder are exempted from the provisions of subsection (1) of section 9 of the Public Order Act to the extentonly of the necessity of making an application not less than 7 days from thedate of the intended procession —

Funeral procession

Marriage procession
