Regulations under section 11
POWERS OF ATTORNEY (FEES) REGULATIONS
Commencement: 1st July 1994
In exercise of the power conferred by section 11 of the Powers of AttorneyAct, the Minister of Law with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and YangDi-Pertuan hereby makes the following Regulations —
Citation.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Powers of Attorney (Fees)Regulations.
Fees.
2. The fees to be paid in respect of proceedings under the Act shall be as set out in the Schedule.

(a) Deposit of any instrument or copy of an instrument as is referred to in section 3(1) of the Act |

(b) For inspection and search of the register under section 8(1) of the Act, for every quarter of an hour |

| (d) For searches conducted under section 10 of the Act, for every quarter of an hour | $ 3.00 |
