TRANSFER OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTER OF LAW ACT

An Act to provide for the transfer of the functions of the Minister of Law

Commencement: 16th September 1998

Citation.

1. This Act may be cited as the Transfer of the Functions of theMinister of Law Act.

Transfer of functions.

2. The functions, powers, duties, privileges and benefits of theMinister of Law transferred to or conferred or imposed on him by any written laware hereby transferred to such Minister, or other fit and proper person, asHis Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may designate from time to time inrespect of that particular written law.
