About ISIL Year Book of International Humanitarian and Refugee LawLast updated: 27 November 2002
This database contains the ISIL Year Book of International Humanitarian and Refugee Law since 2001. The ISIL Year Book of International Humanitarian and Refugee Law seeks to focus, at one place, aspects of amelioration of the conditions of victims of forced migration and armed conflicts. Towards this end, the ICRC, the UNHRC, and the ISIL have joined together and resolved to bring out the ISIL Year Book annually. The principal objective of the Year Book is to reflect the developing countries point of view with particular reference to South Asian and South-East Asian regions. The need for a regional focus on these very humane issues has been felt since long. As much of the literature on the subject is western oriented, it is thought necessary to project and disseminate the South and South-East Asian perspectives.
