ACT NO. 11 OF 1901

An Act to facilitate the citation of certain enactments and to amend 1*** certain 2*** enactments. WHEREAS it is expedient to facilitate the citation of the enactments specified in the First Schedule to this Act; AND WHEREAS it is also expedient that certain formal amendments should be made in the enactments specified in the Second Schedule to this Act; 3* * * * * It is hereby enacted as follows :--1. 2. Citation of certain enactments.- Each of the enactments specified in the first three columns of the First Schedule may, without prejudice to any other mode of citation, be cited for all purposes by the short title mentioned in that behalf in the fourth column thereof.
