Short title. ! 1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Amendment Act, 2007. @

Amendment of section 7 of Act 34 of 2003. !

2. Amendment of section 7 of Act 34 of 2003. - In the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003, in section 7, in sub-section (1), for the words "the specified warning including a pictorial depiction of skull and cross bones and such other warning as may be prescribed", the words "such specified warning including a pictorial warning as may be prescribed" shall be substituted. ---- K.
