BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- An Act further to amend the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988.Short title. 1. Amendment of section 10 of Act 46 of 1988. 2. Amendment of section 10 of Act 46 of 1988. In the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,
