THE RAILWAY COMPANIES (SUBSTITUTION OF PARTIES IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS)REPEAL ACT, 2001

ACT NO. 25 OF 2001

[29th August, 2001.]

An Act to repeal the Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil Proceedings) Act, 1946. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil Proceedings) Repeal Act, 2001.

Repeal of Act 14 of 1946. 2. Repeal of Act 14 of 1946.-The Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil Proceedings) Act, 1946 is hereby repealed. SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
