PROTOCOL TO THE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF MOROCCO New Delhi, 19 July 1961 With reference to the Trade Agreement between the Kingdom of Morocco and India, signed at Rabat on September, 26, 1960, the representatives
of the two Governments have agreed as follows: (1) Pending the signing of a payments agreement envisaged in Article IX of the Trade Agreement, payments for the goods covered by
the Trade Agreement will be effected in convertible currency. (2) All provisions in Articles IV, V and VII of the Trade Agreement relating to quotas will b e ineffective. (3) With reference to Article X of the Trade Agreement and taking into account Article (1) of the present Protocol, the Trade Agreement
will come into effect provisionally from the 1st August, 1961. (4) The present Protocol forms an integral part of the Trade Agreement.
