Dear Mr. VOHRA,
I have the honour to refer to our recent discussions on furthering trade between our two countries, and to say that in accordance
with Article III of the Trade and Payments Agreement between India and Czechoslovakia signed on 3rd November, 1960, it has been agreed,
that the Schedules 'A' and '13' attached to the above mentioned Agreement, shall remain valid for the calendar year 1963.
I shall be grateful if you kindly confirm that the above sets out correctly the understanding reached between us.
