BEING ANIMATED by common desire to promote trade between the two countries
HAVE agreed upon the following :
With reference to the Trade Agreement between the Government of India and the
Government of the Mongolian People’s Republic concluded on 13th February, 1968, at New
Delhi, and the recent discussions held in New Delhi between the representatives of the Ministry
of Foreign Trade on the Indian side and the representatives of the Embassy of Mongolian
People’s Republic in New Delhi on the mongolian side, it has been agreed that the said
Agreement shall be extended with effect from 14th February, 1971 for a period of three years,
ending 13th February, 1974.
DONE in New Delhi on the Ist March, 1971, in two originals in Mongolian and in English language, both texts being equally authentic.
