Belgrade, 4 March 1972 PROTOCOL
On the Extension of the Validity of the Trade and Payments Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
and the Government of India signed on the 4th March 1972 in Belgrade.
The Government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of India being animated by a common desire to promote
trade between the two countries have agreed upon the following:
With reference to the Trade and Payments Agreement between the Government of the Socialists Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the
Government of India concluded on the 13th October 1962 in Belgrade and also the subsequent Protocols through exchange of letters
and the discussions held in New Delhi in July 1971 and in Belgrade in March 1972 between the delegations of the two countries it
is hereby agreed that the said Agreement shall remain in force till 31st December 1972.
DONE in Belgrade on the 4th March 1972 in two originals in English language both texts being equally authentic.
