| 6. The Minister of Finance, with the approval of the Government, may, on or before June 30, 1968, by Order vary or alter any of the maximum limits specified in column II, column III, column IV or column V, of the Second Schedule to this Act. Any such Order shall, if so expressed therein, be deemed to have had effect from such date prior to the date of the making of such Order as may be specified therein. |
