13.
| (1) No person who is the owner, or who is in charge, of any animal shall permit that animal to commit trespass on any private land which is under cultivation, or any irrigation work, aerodrome, saltern, line of railway or land appertaining thereto, public road, public park or Crown land, other than a jungle or a land set apart for the grazing of animals. |

| (2) For the purposes of this section and the succeeding sections of this Part, "irrigation work" shall have the same meaning as in the Irrigation Ordinance. |
