| 23. It shall be lawful for the owner or occupier of any cultivated private land, or for any person duly authorized by such owner or occupier, to shoot or otherwise destroy any pig trespassing on such land, if a notice warning the owners of pigs not to allow such animals to stray on such land is exhibited in a conspicuous place on such land. |
