| (1) There shall be a Committee which shall be called the Ayurvedic Research Committee, hereafter in this Part referred to as "the Committee", and which shall consist of the Commissioner, and nine other members appointed by the Minister of whom one shall be from the teaching staff of the College of Ayurvedic Medicine and another shall be from the regular medical staff of the Central Hospital of Ayurveda. |

| (2) The Minister may, without assigning any reason, remove from office, by Order published in the Gazette, any member of the Committee who is appointed by him. |
