Ayurveda Act (No. 31 of 1961) - Sect 58

Service of copies of orders made by the Council

58. A copy of an order made by the Council allowing or refusing an application of any person for registration as an ayurvedic practitioner, ayurvedic pharmacist or ayurvedic nurse, or canceling or suspending the registration of any person as such practitioner, pharmacist or nurse, shall be sent by registered post to such person by the Registrar.
