Ayurveda Act (No. 31 of 1961) - Sect 64

Use of the title "Vaidyacarya "

64.
(1) A registered ayurvedic practitioner, and no other person, shall be entitled to use the title " Vaidyacarya " either before or after his name.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
