Appropriation Act (No. 34 of 1995) - Sect 2

Appropriate for financial year, 1996

2 .
(1) Without prejudice to any other law authorizing any expenditure, the expenditure of the Government which it is estimated will be rupees one hundred and sixty-nine thousand twenty-two thousand.
(2) The provision of subsection (1) of this section shall have law authorizing the raising of loans for and on behalf of the Government .
