Agricultural And Agrarian Insurance Act (No. 20 of 1999) - Sect 18

Award

18. The compilation of the amount payable in respect of the toss of the subject matter of insurance shall be made according to such terms and conditions as are specified in the contract of insurance entered into between the Board and the insured person.
