| (1) The Board or any officer authorized in that behalf by the Board may enter and inspect any Sand on which there is any specified crop or any insured livestock and any documents relating thereto and it shall be the duty of every person who is in occupation of such Sand to permit and assist such inspection. |

| (2) Every person who fails to comply with the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall, on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred rupees |
