| (1) Section 7 of the Agricultural and Industrial Credit Corporation Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment" ) is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " the Minister, the Minister of Agriculture and Food and the Minister of Industries and Fisheries ", of the words " the Minister, the Minister in charge of the subject of agriculture, and the Minister in charge of the subject of industries ". |

| (2) The amendment made in the principal enactment by subsection (1) shall be deemed to have come into effect on May 18, 1959. |
