Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act (No. 4 of 2002) - Sect 2

Constitution of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal

2.
(1) The Administrative Appeals Tribunal established under paragraph (1) of Article 59 of the Constitution, (hereinafter referred to as the "Tribunal") shall consist of three members appointed by the Judicial Service Commission, from among persons who have had over twenty years of experience as a public officer or ten years of experience in the legal profession, one of whom shall be appointed it's Chairman.
(2) The terms of office of the members of the Tribunal, including it's Chairman, shall be three years.
