The Schedule to the Appeals (Privy Council) Ordinance is hereby amended in rule 3, by the substitution, in paragraph (a) of that rule, for the words " on application made to it, before the expiration of such period have granted an extension thereof,", of the words " on application made to it either before, or within thirty days after, the expiry of the aforesaid period of one month, have granted more time,". |
