(1) It shall be lawful for the Corporation, from time to time, at a general meeting and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the number of members present and voting at such meeting to make rules, not inconsistence with the provisions of this Act or any other written law for the procedure to be followed in the transaction of business, and otherwise generally, for the management of the affairs of the Corporation and the accomplishment of its objects. Such rules when made may. at a like meeting in like manner be altered, added to. amended or rescinded. |

(2) The rules of the Jemmiyah in force on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be the rules of the Corporation made under this section in so for as they are not inconsistant with the provisions of this Act or any other written law and may be altered, added to. amended, rescinded or replaced by rules made under this Act at a meeting and in the manner as aforesaid. |

(3) All members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation. |
