Replacement of section 14 of the principal enactment

6. Section 14 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:

14.

	(1) The Council shall have its own Fund.

(2) There shall be paid into the Fund of the Council

(a) all such sums of money as may be voted from time to time by Parliament byway of grant or loan for , the use of the Council ;

(b) all sums of money received by the Council in the exercise of its powers;

	(3) There shall be paid out of the Fund of the Council all such sums of money as are required to defray any expenditure incurred by the Council in the exercise of its powers.".
