Agrarian Development Act (No. 46 of 2000) - Sect 41

When the decision of an Agrarian Tribunal shall be executed

41.
(1) Where any party to any such application. complaint or appeal has not preferred an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the Agrarian Tribunal within thirty days of the receipt by him of the notice of the decision of the Agrarian Tribunal, the decision of the Agrarian Tribunal shall be given effect to.
(2) Where any such party has preferred an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the Agrarian Tribunal, within thirty days of the receipt by him of the decision of the Agrarian Tribunal, the decision of the Court of Appeal once given shall be given effect to.
