Agrarian Development Act (No. 46 of 2000) - Sect 49

Fanners' Organisations to submit information of owner cultivators and occupiers to Agrarian Development Councils

49.
(1) Every registered Farmers' Organisation shall prepare annually in duplicate a register of information of she owner cultivators and the occupiers of agricultural land in its area of authority and deliver it to the Agrarian Development Council.
(2) It shall be lawful for a registered Farmers' Organisation engage in the supply of goods and services relating to agriculture.
