Maintaining of accounts of a Farmers' Organisation District Federation

63.
(1) Every Farmers' Organisation District Federation shall maintain its accounts in the manner prescribed by the Commissioner-General. The Commissioner-General shall make provision for the auditing of such accounts.
(2) The Commissioner-General or any officer by him may examine the books and accounts of a Farmers' Organisation District Federation.
(3) For the purposes of subsection (2) a Farmers Organisation District Federation shall submit all the necessary books documents, and accounts and shall give all such assistance as may be necessary for the purpose of the examination referred to in subsection (2).
