| 92. It shall be lawful for any Farmers' Organisation or am authorised representative of a Farmers' Organisation or the owner cultivator or the occupier of any agricultural land to seize or tie up any animal found loitering in such agricultural land or irrigation work until such animal is claimed by the owner. Such organization may lay down rules to be followed when an animal is found to be loitering. |
