Atomic Energy Authority Act (No. 19 of 1969) - Sect 8

The Authority to be a corporation

8. The Authority shall, by the name assigned to it by sub-section (1) of section 2, be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
