Animal Feed Act (No. 15 of 1986) - Sect 29

Forfeiture

29. The Court which convicts any person of an offence under this Act, may, in addition to any of the penalties that the court may impose for such offence, order that any articles in respect of which the offence was committed be seized and forfeited to the Republic.
