Air Navigation (Special Provisions) Act (No. 2 of 1982) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

(1) This Act may be cited as the Air Navigation (Special Provisions) Act, No. 2 of 1982.
(2)
(a) The provisions of this section and Part I of this Act shall come into operation on the date of enactment of this Act.
(b) The provisions of Part II of this Act shall come into operation on such date (hereinafter in that Part of this Act referred to as the " appointed date ") as the Minister may appoint by Order published in the Gazette.
