| 18. The owners of all the units of a registered Condominium Property shall insure and keep insured the buildings in such Property against loss or damage by fire, civil commotion and riot and such other hazards as shall be prescribed and the premium or premia for such insurance shall be shared by all the owners of the Condominium Property in proportion to their respective interests:Provided however that the preceding provisions of this section shall not affect the right of the owner of any unit to insure his own unit for his own benefit and on his own account. |
