Apartment Ownership (Amendment) Act (No. 39 of 2003) - Sect 24

Amendment of section 19 of the principal enactment

24. Section 19 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) by the substitution for the words "unit" and "units" wherever those words appear in that section of the words "parcel" and "parcels" respectively ;
(2) in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words "an owner of a unit may" of the words "the Condominium Management Authority or an owner of a condominium parcel may".
