Section 20K of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) by the substitution for all the words from "each unit being liable" to the end of that subsection of the following:" "each condominium parcel being liable under such guarantee only for such proportion of the money so incurred as the share parcel of that condominium parcel bears to the aggregate share parcel of all the condominium parcel.". |
