Section 14 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words " shall attach servitudes conferred by this Law, including the right of an owner of a dominant tenement, with the permission of the Board,", of the words " shall be implied whenever servitudes are created or implied by or under this Law, including the right of an owner of a dominant tenement, with the permission of the management corporation,". |
