Section 3 of the Adoption of Children Ordinance is hereby amended, in subsection (6) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " and so resident.", of the words- " and so resident: Provided that the making of an adoption order in favour of an applicant who is not domiciled in Ceylon shall be deemed to be not prohibited where the court is satisfied that there are special circumstances which justify the making of such an adoption order.". |
