| 290. Subject to any limitation expressed in. the grant, the power of administration authenticated by the grant of probate or letters of administration extents to all the property of the deceased person, movable and immovable, situate within or without Sri Lanka, or was so situate, at the time of his death, or so much thereof as has not already been administered, and endures for the life of the executor or administrator, or until such time as the grant shall have been revoked or until the administration shall be completed, and the executor or administrator discharged. |
