(1) The executor or administrator of an estate may, at any time, voluntarily file with the Public Trustee an intermediate account in respect of the estate together with the relevant receipts and vouchers in support of the same. |

(2) The Public Trustee may either upon application of a creditor or a party interested or of his own motion order an executor or administrator to render an intermediate account in respect of the estate. |
