| 333. Upon receipt of the counter submissions as aforesaid, the appellant may, within such period as is prescribed by rules of court, lodge an addendum to his submissions already filed in the manner provided in section 330 (1): Provided that no submissions may be included in the addendum save and except counter to any matter of law or fact raised in the submissions of the respondent. |
