360. In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires-
| (a) no case shall be deemed to be finally determined as long as an application may, in the opinion of the court, be lawfully and reasonably made to enforce, discharge, modify or otherwise alter, any final judgment, decree, order or sentence made in such court; |

| (b) " court " means the Supreme Court, a High Court, a District Court or a Magistrate's Court; |
|
| (c) "prescribed " means prescribed by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette. |
