| (1) Any officer or servant of the Board who is generally or specially authorized in that behalf by the Board may, at all reasonable times, enter upon any land or premises and there do such acts as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of carrying out any work of the Board or of making any survey, examination, or investigation, preliminary or incidental to the exercise of any power, or the discharge of any function, of the Board. |

| (2) Any person who without lawful excuse obstructs any officer of the Board while acting in pursuance of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act. |
