| 42. For the purpose of enabling the Board to exercise, perform or discharge, within the Controlled Area, any power, duty or function under the Weights and Measures Ordinance, the Food and Drugs Act, the Motor Traffic Act, or the Town and Country Planning Ordinance, the Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, declare that any such Ordinance or Act shall, in its application within that Area, have effect subject to such modifications as may be specified in the Order. |
