| 3. Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the addition, at the end of that subsection, of the following words : " " For the purpose of this section any paddy land cultivated by a spouse or a minor child below eighteen years of age, of a tenant cultivator shall be deemed to be paddy land cultivated by that tenant cultivator. ". |
