| 34. Section 57 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the addition of the following words at the end of that subsection:- " For the purpose of this section the expression 'cultivation rights ' includes the right of threshing paddy, access to the paddy field and the right of disposed of agricultural produce. ". |
